Kindle prices do not seem to vary much from country to country and seem to have a similar price parity to that of your favorite hamburger seller. In the USA a Kindle (Wi-Fi 6″) will cost you between $114 and $139 new, depending if you want to allow Amazon to spam you with advertising at the bottom of your screen. The Kindle (Wi-Fi 6″) base model will give you great connectivity to your home wireless router and set you up to consumer your favourite authors offerings with convenience and class.

The Kindle (3G + Wi-Fi) will cost you between $164 and &189 USD, again depending on your acceptance of being spammed. Adding the 3G connectivity will make your kindle into an ultimate mobile device. The built-in 3G connection will allow you to download new books just about anywhere, as long as there is 3G coverage. Amazon pays for the 3G connectivity.

The Kindle Prices for the Dx 9.7″ are a static $379 on Amazon USA, and seem only to reflect a shipping costs addition in most other countries.

Second Hand Kindle Prices

Ebay seems to have quite a few original Kindle’s for sale at varying prices. However, Amazon is still the place to buy as they offer some bargains with their refurbished models. Please be careful when buying second hand, as with any other electronic device the Kindle does not respond to mistreatment.

Look for some sort of warranty or money back guarantee if buying online.
